What Do You Do When Business As Usual is Not An Option?

During the Coronavirus pandemic of 2020, many countries enforced lockdowns to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. During that time, we ran a 60-Day Transformation Challenge. You can follow along with the challenge and read about what happened here.

How are you doing?

I hope you are well and coping with the ever-changing post-COVID-19 world. I know there’s a lot of stress and uncertainty around at the moment.

We’re in the early stages of possibly the biggest ever unplanned mass jobs migration taking place, as businesses scramble to pivot to online models, or close their doors, and millions of people look to reinvent themselves and their businesses.

How do I know?

I have done it myself, and created 6-figure revenue streams and delivered strong results for many people.

Actually, that’s why I’m reaching out to you today to share my story with you and inspire you!

As you may or may not be aware, earlier this year I left my great job with UBS, as Global Head of Innovation and Design Thinking and set out on my own to start a totally new kind of consulting – crowdsulting.

I am very grateful for my time at UBS but it was time to take a leap and explore the unknown!

You might say not the right time though.

Yes and NO!

I had a few million Francs’ worth of corporate contracts secured. But on the day of closing the deal, all the world was closed.

So much for my contracts.

I had to figure something out, do something for myself but also to help others. I had all the tools and strategies to do it, and I knew I was in a good position. I spent 20 years studying, developing and leading Innovation working with high-potential individuals.

But what about others?

I had to do something.

So, I started an #ActofKindness project and delivered a 60-day, free challenge sharing the Me-to-We strategy to help business owners, explorers, and corporate warriors to reinvent and transform themselves.

The challenge taught the techniques, tools, and strategies as well as behaviours to thrive even during Corona time.

We ran it in the neuron@work Facebook group.

Now that the challenge is finished, the people who took it have told me how valuable it was for them.

Armin, an entrepreneur business owner and sommelier, generated 40 new individual clients, and a corporate one. He built his personal brand, moved his business into digital space, and created his own radio show. All while improving his personal and professional life. He told us “Big THANK YOU to Wioletta to bring me out of my comfort zone.”

Marylen an entrepreneur and business owner, a mum of 3 from Singapore, kicked off her business and moved it to the next level by delivering global conferences and generating new revenues. She said “Wioletta … has been amazing for encouraging the group and empowering more collective intelligence. She has created a community that supports and encourages each other. Kudos , Wioletta. I look forward to having a longer journey with you.”

And Karen an explorer, created a new fascinating business idea around aging well and became her own CEO. She said, “You could say in a nutshell that this program was like a crane that has taken me out of a hole, and put me on the ground and allowed me to walk a purposeful journey.”

Deniz, an impact investor and financial corporate warrior – “A lot of take always- one of the gifts is drawing and sketching. I just FIGURED IT OUT that I can use drawing to create my big dreams and I can hack my brain and be the person, I choose to be, to make my dreams manifest”

It is my goal and passion to give the skills of reinvention to more people. As such, we decided to follow up the 60-Day Challenge  with a live face-to-face workshop in October. You can see footage from that even on our LinkedIn page. 

We also have a second live workshop scheduled for 14-15 November, with as minimum a price as possible, as a build on to the #actofkindness. This will be the last chance to participate in a live event with us in 2020.
