My life’s a vibrant tapestry, a globe-trotter’s dream diary. Because, from my roots in Poland, seasoned with English culture, I then moved to my current life in Switzerland, with my French husband and our mini United Nations of three kids. Hence, our home is a linguistic kaleidoscope. As a result, we navigate five languages daily. Yet the universal question remains: what’s for dinner?
💼 Career Chameleon visionary leader:
My resume reads like an adventure novel. Indeed, from an auspicious start in the glamorous world of toilet cleaning, with brush in one hand and fresh University Diploma a Master of Social Sciences (psychology and adults education) in other hand, I grew to Deputy General manager of the hotel in couple of years.
Part 2. From Recruitment Consultant to jungle of corporate Learning & Development. From Change Agent to Swiss banks Innovation Ninja. Each chapter marked, not just a career shift, but a complete me-reinvention!
📚 Education and Transformation Enthusiast:
Did someone say continuous learning? With a master’s in Social Science, psychology and adult education, plus an MBA Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and 5 other certificates (Design thinking, neuroscience, …) from best universities in the World, so yes I love learning.
Knowing is not enough, so I am also continuously working with mentors myself, and I love being in containers of growth and development, transforming. I’m like that student, who didn’t like school, because she had to learn but If given a free will never leave the school.
Only difference? I pay and I pay a lot to be there now.
🚀 Entrepreneur with a Twist:
Launching my own company was like hopping on a rollercoaster blindfolded. Exciting, a bit scary, but totally worth the ride. It’s like playing business Tetris. You fit in where you can and occasionally smash it! Who came up with the name of Master’s in Business Administration, It should be called Master of Business Adventure (this is how we called one of our programs haha). It is like a never ending Indiana Jones series.
In my role as a mentor and coach, I don’t just guide; I transform. It’s about turning potential into performance, ideas into action and people to leaders and organizations to future ready corporations.
👩💼 CEO, Mother, and Life Enthusiast:
Juggling the roles of CEO, mother of three, wife, and daughter, my life is a dynamic ballet of appointments, business calls, and family commitments. Navigating between boardroom strategies and teacher conferences, ensuring every hockey practice and gymnastic show is attended, I’m constantly on the move, meeting diverse expectations.
This balancing act is not without its moments of fatigue. But it’s in these busy crossroads of life that I find joy and fun. Indeed, embracing each day with energy and enthusiasm. I see every challenge as an opportunity to learn and every moment as a precious part of this extraordinary journey called life.
🎢 Life’s Roller Coaster:
I thrive on adventures and new experiences, from paragliding to skydiving, braving the waves to expanding my horizons. I love nature, forrest, sea and mountains. Ok I love it all.
Each new challenge is an opportunity to transform and reach the next level, enriching my ‘life box’ before moving to the next. As a designer, explorer, and innovator in leadership, I constantly strive to see beyond the visible, turning each experience into a stepping stone for growth.
