My Apprenticeship Experience at weinvolve

This is me

Hello dear reader,

my name is Martina and this is the story of my apprenticeship at Weinvolve.

I’m a Digital Marketing student in Italy and a video-making and video editing lover.

In the summer of 2021, I was searching online for a platform that could help me to deepen my studies in the field of Digital Marketing, and I found Acadium; a platform that not only offers video courses but that also gives me the opportunity to get in touch with different kinds of companies and start-ups. I was searching and trying to get in contact with some of those realities to start an apprenticeship and uplift my knowledge in the Digital marketing field.

While I was searching by myself, some companies tried to contact me on the same platform and one of those was Weinvolve.

Christophe and Wioletta told me that they needed support in the digital field but mostly in video editing and content creation.

And although other companies offered me jobs related more to Digital Marketing, I decided I wanted to undertake an apprenticeship based mainly on one of my greatest passions: video editing.

Christophe, Wioletta, and their team immediately proved to be wonderful people. Not only for their ability to put you at ease and be flexible with respect to your needs; but also in approaching, explaining, and always being available to help, giving you the space to create something of your own.

During my apprenticeship I had the opportunity to get to know more deeply the field in which Weinvolve operates, a reality previously unknown to me, but which I now consider of great importance for anyone who is an entrepreneur, has his own business, or even, for those who like me, is starting from scratch and wants to have a strong motivational drive, based on neuroscience and continuous work on oneself, which I believe is fundamental for personal growth. Weinvolve gives you the tools to better organize your life and your business and set your mindset in order to achieve maximized results in your work, starting with yourself.

In these 3 months of internship, I worked as a video editor for Weinvolve, thus having the opportunity, while editing the different contents and lessons, to learn a lot too from the precious suggestions and exercises assigned. Not only was I involved in editing, which I like to do myself, but I was able to learn new things along the way.

Some of the videos I edited were intended for their Youtube channel and some for the lessons that are delivered once you decide to purchase one of their powerful solutions.

I also had the opportunity to partially manage their Instagram page, trying to understand what could be of most interest and what information could be more useful for those who follow Weinvolve.

One thing I did not say is that I am an Erasmus student and I did my apprenticeship at Weinvolve while I was abroad. In particular, I attended the Kasimiera Simonavičius University in Vilnius (Lithuania); a university specializing in aviation but also with courses in economics and marketing to which I was enrolled. The experience itself was one of the most beautiful of my life, although intense in terms of organization and time. It allowed me to greatly improve my English, learn about a new culture and mentality (the Lithuanian one), and experience the beautiful city of Vilnius. If you are a travel lover and have not yet been to the Baltic countries such as Lithuania, Estonia, or Latvia I highly recommend them all! With a special preference for Lithuania and its capital Vilnius. Lithuania is in fact considered one of the greenest countries in Europe, and that is why the best time to visit it is certainly summer. Not only is the city beautiful, but Lithuanians have tremendous attention to detail, and you will never find a litter or cigarette stuck on the ground. In addition, I have participated in several events organized very well by this city, including the Vilnius Marathon, the Christmas markets, and the Vilnius Birthday.

Every summer day you can see hot air balloons flying in the sky and every winter day you can watch the snow show! But it’s not just the city that stole my heart, it was the different people I met and with whom I lived this experience that made it so unforgettable. The exchange of ideas, information, mentality and even just work sectors or fields of study, allowed me to enrich myself a lot on a social and cultural level. And probably this experience also gave me more peace of mind and confidence in dealing with the job at Weinvolve!

I really enjoy the time spent working for those people while I was abroad and moreover, the time spent talking with stimulating people like that one that I found in Weinvolve.

I was for sure fortunate to be found by this company and I would recommend anyone to work with Weinvolve.

Martina.
